Acclaimed author and former Army linguist Ryan Dostie-Osenko’s book, Formation–A Woman’s Memoir of Stepping Out of Line made an appearance in the February 2021 edition of The American Legion Magazine in blurb about Legion posts reaching out during the COVID pandemic to engage members.
A Southern Connecticut State University grad, Dotsie’s memoir detailed her struggles during and transition from the service. The American Legion Magazine is published monthly for the nearly 2 million members.
