NEW HAVEN, CONN. — American Legion New Haven Post 210 Chaplain Britt Conroy was featured in the Summer 2023 Edition of Southern Connecticut State University Alumni Magazine.
Conroy was named coordinator of veteran, military, and adult learner support services in July of 2022 where she smooths the transition for students at Southern. Her appointment follows the retirement of Jack Mordente, longtime SCSU veteran coordinator, who established the university’s program for veterans more than 47 years prior. Both Conroy and Mordente are founding members of Post 210 and have been integral in the post’s success.
